Day 1 (Sunday): Panama Canal & City
- Morning: Panama Canal Tour

Day 2 (Monday): Monkey Island
- Full day: Monkey Island with optional Soberanía hike add-on

Day 4 (Wednesday): Emberá Village & Waterfall
- Full day: Emberá Village & Waterfall — dugout canoe up the Chagres River, indigenous village, traditional dance, waterfall hike. Kosher meals can be arranged for your group.
- Dinner: Adama
Day 5 (Thursday): El Valle + Shabbat Prep
- Full day: El Valle de Antón (early departure, back by late afternoon)
- Evening: Relax at hotel, prepare for Shabbat
Day 6 (Friday – Shabbat)
Shabbat in Panama
- Morning: Light activity or leisure time. Optional Jewish Heritage Tour (finishes well before candle lighting)
- Candle lighting: Check exact time for your dates (typically ~6:00–6:15 PM year-round in Panama)
- Friday night: Shabbat dinner — arranged at your hotel or at a community Shabbat meal. Go Beyond coordinates this.
- Shabbat day: Walk to shul (we recommend hotels within walking distance). Shabbat lunch arranged. Afternoon rest and Shabbat walk.
- Motzei Shabbat: Dinner at Aroma or Aria
Day 7 (Sunday): Caribbean or Relaxation
- Option A: Portobelo & Isla Grande — UNESCO forts + Caribbean beach
