Day 5: El Valle de Antón
- Full day: El Valle de Antón — volcanic crater town, Chorro El Macho waterfall, hot springs, artisan market, golden frog sanctuary
- Tip: Avoid Sundays — highway traffic is terrible. Weekdays are better.
- Dinner: Aria
Alternative Day 5: Portobelo & Isla Grande — Caribbean colonial history + island beach day (bring your passport).
