Blue Hill Cabins sits in the mountains of Cerro Azul, about 45 minutes east of Panama City. At elevation, the climate is noticeably cooler than the city — a welcome break from the tropical heat, and perfect conditions for an off-road adventure.
The two-hour guided ATV tour takes you through rugged mountain terrain — traversing rivers, slopes, and mud trails through pine forest. The trails wind past scenic viewpoints with panoramic views of surrounding mountains and valleys. Both experienced riders and first-timers are welcome; your guide matches the pace to the group's comfort level. ATVs fit 1–2 people per vehicle.
Expect to get muddy. The trails include river crossings, steep inclines, and stretches of deep mud that make the ride genuinely thrilling. It's one of the most hands-on adventure experiences available near Panama City.
