- Tour bookings — Arrangement of guided tours, excursions, and experiences throughout Panama, including kosher-friendly options
- Cruise bookings — Reservation of kosher cruise packages through our partner Fresh Kosher Cruises and other cruise lines
- Hotel reservations — Accommodation bookings at partner hotels and resorts
- Itinerary planning — Custom travel itineraries tailored to your preferences, dietary needs, and schedule
- Airport transfers and transportation — Arrangement of ground transportation services
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Service descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time availability or pricing.
3. Booking and Payments
The following terms apply to all bookings made through Go Beyond:
- Availability — All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Go Beyond.
- Deposits — Depending on the service, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and due date will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Full payment — Full payment is typically required before the date of travel. Specific payment deadlines vary by service and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Currency — Prices may be quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Panamanian Balboa (PAB). The applicable currency will be specified at the time of booking.
- Price changes — Quoted prices are valid at the time of quotation. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, tax changes, or supplier price adjustments until full payment is received.
- Payment methods — Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment systems.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked:
- Tours and excursions — Cancellation policies are determined by the specific tour operator. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are typically non-refundable.
- Cruise bookings — Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective cruise line's terms. These policies vary significantly and are subject to the cruise line's specific cancellation schedule. Go Beyond will assist you in understanding the applicable policy at the time of booking.
- Hotel reservations — Cancellation terms are subject to each hotel's individual policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable, while others may allow free cancellation up to a specified date.
- Itinerary planning and consultation fees — Fees for travel planning and consultation services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- Processing fees — Go Beyond may charge a processing fee for cancellations and amendments, in addition to any fees imposed by third-party suppliers.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation:
- Passports — A valid passport is required for international travel. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date.
- Visas — It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas for your destination(s). Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination.
- Health requirements — Some destinations may require proof of vaccinations or health certificates. Check current requirements with your healthcare provider and the relevant embassy or consulate.
- Travel insurance — We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and travel delays.
Go Beyond is not responsible for any costs, losses, or disruptions caused by inadequate or missing travel documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Go Beyond acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel service providers (including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and transportation companies). As such:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service provider
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, strikes, civil unrest, or other force majeure events
- We are not liable for any changes to itineraries, schedules, or services made by third-party providers
- Our maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Go Beyond for the specific service in question
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events and disruptions. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Go Beyond website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, page layouts, and software, is the property of Go Beyond or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- The Go Beyond name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Go Beyond
- Limited use of our content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided proper attribution is given
