The practical details are handled
- Bring beach basics. Swimwear, towels, sun protection, and a dry change of clothes.
- Weather stays flexible. We monitor conditions and contact you the day before if plans need to move.
- Dietary needs come first. Allergies, vegetarian requests, and kashrut requirements are confirmed in advance.
- This service is location-specific. The meal package is offered at Playa Escondida, not Contadora or Taboga.

All meals are sourced from supervised kosher suppliers in Panama City. For groups of 6 or more, grilling is done on dedicated equipment. Tell us your community's standard and we will confirm exactly what we can meet before you commit.
How much does the beach day cost?
The tour is $700 total for a couple with boxed lunches, $275 per person for 3–5 guests with boxed lunches, and $250 per person for 6 or more with the kosher BBQ included.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast and will be in touch the day before. You can move the date at no cost, or we can shift the day to a covered location.
Can you handle a large group?
Yes. We regularly run beach days for extended families and program groups. For larger groups we plan transport in waves and add a second grill and crew.
When is the BBQ included?
The BBQ is included only for groups of 6 or more. Groups of 2–5 receive boxed kosher lunches instead.
