Concierge is an add-on for our own travelers, not a standalone service. Your Panama itinerary — hotels, tours and transfers — has to be planned and booked with us before we can take it on. That is what lets us confirm your suppliers, move a pickup, or fix a booking the moment something changes. Plan your trip with us first, and add concierge once it is booked.
Our concierge service takes the friction out of your Panama trip. Once you arrive, you shouldn't be calling restaurants in Spanish, decoding shul schedules, or coordinating tour pickups. You should be eating, davening, and enjoying your family. We do the running around so you don't have to.
The fee is a flat $199 for the duration of your trip — no per-task charges, no surprises. It is added to a Go Beyond itinerary; we don’t sell it on its own.
What's Included
Restaurant Reservations
We book every kosher restaurant on your trip — Adama, Aroma, Aria, Sabra, and any others on your plan. We handle special seating requests, dietary notes, and cancellations if your schedule shifts.
Shabbat Planning
Candle-lighting times for your hotel, walking-distance shul recommendations, and coordination of Shabbat meals — whether at the hotel, at a community member's home, or via local catering.
Day-by-Day Coordination
We confirm every tour the night before, manage pickup logistics, and adjust the schedule on the fly when weather, flights, or kids cooperate differently than planned.
Local Recommendations
Need a kosher market, a pharmacy, a barber, or help finding something for the children? We're a WhatsApp away.
WhatsApp Support During Your Trip
You will have a direct WhatsApp line to our local team for reservations, pickup questions, and schedule changes throughout your stay. We confirm support hours and contact arrangements with you before arrival.
